Biggies Pot Shop and it's website biggiesbuds.com is intended for adults age 21 years and older.
All online ordering is processed through a third party website and Biggies Pot Shop is not responsible for mistakes made by the third party systems.
All legal forms of identification must have a birthday, an expiration date (not expired), and a current picture. A comprehensive list of acceptable identification is available on the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Control website.
All Sales Are Final! Returns on cannabis products are not allowed through state law.
Return and Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
Washington State Law prohibits returns or refunds of marijuana products.
However, we are allowed to exchange faulty equipment for a product that is comparable in size and price. The original packaging and receipt will be required for all exchanges.
Faulty Equipment consists of:
- Cartridges and disposables that are deemed unusable after testing.
- Cartridges and disposables that still contain 3/4 of original product amount
- Cartridges and disposables that were not purchased more than 7 days prior to exchange attempt.
